1.1 Cab Booking: City Cab provides an online platform for booking cab services. We act as an intermediary between customers and cab drivers/operators.

1.2 Service Availability: Our services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, time, and other factors.

1.3 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

2.1 Registration: To use certain features, you must register for an account and provide accurate information.

2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

3.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message/email from us.

3.2 Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation 1 hour before pickup: Full refund
• Cancellation within 1 hour of pickup: 50% refund
• Cancellation after driver arrival: No refund

3.3 No-show: If you fail to show up at the pickup location within 15 minutes of scheduled time, the booking may be cancelled with applicable charges.

4.1 Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, digital wallets, and cash.

4.3 Refunds: Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Harass or abuse drivers or other users
• Damage or vandalize vehicles
• Smoke or consume alcohol in vehicles
• Carry prohibited items

6.1 Service Interruptions: We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 Personal Belongings: You are responsible for your personal belongings. We are not liable for any lost or damaged items.

6.3 Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fare paid for the specific ride.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of City Cab and protected by copyright laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website.
